How It Works

From audit
to live in 30 days.

Three phases. Every decision is yours before you commit to the next. You can stop after any phase, but most don't.

1

Phase One

The Audit

The audit is the foundation of everything. Without it, any AI build is guesswork. You're installing modules for the wrong problems in the wrong order.

We conduct in-depth stakeholder interviews, map every workflow in your business, and score each task by AI leverage: how automatable it is, what KPI it moves, and how close it is to revenue.

You receive a plain-English "Cookbook": every module in priority order, with the economic justification for each one. Your team can read it. You can shop it. You own it regardless of what you do next.

Discovery Call

Week 1

60-90 minute session covering your business model, team, tools, biggest pain points, and growth objectives.

Stakeholder Interviews

Week 1

We interview each team member (or just you if you're solo) to capture every recurring task, workflow, and decision point.

Task Audit + Leverage Scoring

Week 1-2

Every task scored by automation percentage, KPI impact, and revenue proximity. Priorities emerge from data, not opinion.

Cookbook Delivery

Week 2

Plain-English roadmap: every module, in order, with economic justification and KPIs. No technical jargon. Client-ready.

What You Walk Away With

Full task inventory (every recurring task)
Leverage matrix (scored + ranked)
AI Cookbook (plain-English roadmap)
Module priority order
Economic justification per module
Technical specs (internal build reference)

Phase Two

The Foundation

The Foundation is the intelligence layer everything else plugs into. Without it, modules are disconnected tools. With it, AI becomes a persistent executive assistant that already knows your business, every session, every interaction.

We install the Context OS (your business brain) and the Data OS (API connections to your tools). You hand us credentials. We build everything. You spend roughly 2 hours confirming context files.

The 30-day edge case period means we stay engaged after install, patching any unexpected behavior as your real workflows run through the system.

Context OS Setup

Day 1-3

We populate every context file: business model, team roles, priorities, sales methodology, client voice. The AI learns your business in depth.

Data OS (API Connections)

Day 2-5

Google Calendar, Gmail, Notion, and other specified tools connected via API. Credentials stored in a local vault, never leaves your machine.

Claude Code Workspace

Day 3-5

Your AI OS workspace configured with CLAUDE.md, context/, scripts/, and the foundational command set. Sessions start with full context. No re-explaining.

30-Day Edge Case Period

Day 7-37

We stay engaged for 30 days post-install. Real-world usage exposes edge cases that testing doesn't. We fix everything that comes up. Included in the Foundation engagement.

What Gets Installed

Context OS (all context files)
Data OS (API integrations)
Claude Code workspace
Credential vault
Telegram bot interface

Phase Three

Modules

Modules are built in the priority order determined by the audit leverage matrix. Highest ROI first, always. Each one plugs into the Foundation, which means it's context-aware from the start.

Every module ships with measurable KPIs agreed on before build. We spec it, you approve it, we build it. Acceptance criteria are defined in advance so there's no ambiguity about what "done" means.

Modules compound. Each one makes the Foundation smarter, adds more context, and creates more automation surface area for the next module to leverage.

Module scoped from audit specs

Every module has an existing spec from the audit: trigger, input, output, dependencies, acceptance criteria.

KPIs agreed before build starts

Hours recovered, response time improvement, task completion rate. Specific and measurable. You know what success looks like upfront.

Evaluation harness included

Every module ships with a test harness: Layer 1 structural checks and Layer 2 LLM quality review. No guessing whether it works.

Built in priority order

The audit produces a ranked list. We build top-to-bottom. You can pause between any two modules.

FAQ

Common questions.

What do I need to bring to the audit?

Nothing structured. We conduct stakeholder interviews: you talk through your workflows, your team, your recurring headaches. We do the organizing and scoring. Most audits take 2-4 hours of your time spread over 1-2 weeks.

What if I just want the audit and nothing else?

Completely fine. The audit stands on its own. You get a full AI roadmap regardless of whether you move forward with the build. Many clients use it to prioritize their own internal AI initiatives.

How technical do I need to be?

Not at all. You operate the system through Telegram. The technical layer is fully managed. Your job is to confirm, direct, and use the output.

Do I need to change my current tools?

No. The Foundation plugs into whatever you already use: Notion, Gmail, Google Calendar, Stripe. We build around your stack, not replace it.

What does the 30-day edge case period mean?

After the Foundation is installed, we stay on for 30 days to handle edge cases: unexpected inputs, API behavior, real-world exceptions that didn't appear in testing. Included in the Foundation engagement.
