Logic Group LLC ("Logic Sales," "we," "us") operates logicsales.co. This policy explains what information we collect through this site, why we collect it, and how it's used.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us:

  • Newsletter opt-in: first name and email address.
  • Lead / contact forms: name, email address, and phone number.
  • Booking a strategy call: name and email address, plus the date and time you select. This creates a Google Calendar event and Google Meet link.
  • Payments: if you complete a payment through this site, payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.

We do not use cookies for advertising or third-party tracking on this site.

How we use it

  • To respond to inquiries and schedule calls
  • To send the emails you sign up for (newsletter, booking confirmations, lead follow-up)
  • To process payments for services you purchase

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Third-party services we use

  • Google (Calendar & Gmail API): to schedule calls and send confirmation/notification emails.
  • Stripe: to process payments. See Stripe's privacy policy.
  • Vercel: our hosting provider, which processes standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited).

Data retention

We retain contact and booking information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services and maintain business records, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or unsubscribe from emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in each message. To make a request, contact us at the email below.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "last updated" date above.
