Logic SalesBook a Strategy Call

About

Built by someone who's actually run the calls.

Before I fixed sales systems, I sold inside one. That's the difference this business runs on.

01 The Story

I ran a tutoring business for eight years, the last two of them managing a small team. That's where I first noticed that a business's revenue depends less on the person selling and more on the system around them: how leads get qualified, how the offer is framed, whether follow-up actually happens or just gets logged somewhere.

Closing full time confirmed it. The businesses stuck around $50k to $200k a month almost never had a talent problem. They had closers working without scripts built for their actual objections, without a clear offer sequence, without any way to see which part of the process was losing them money.

02 What I Believe

Most sales problems get treated as a hiring problem. Revenue's flat, so hire another closer, or replace the one who's underperforming, and hope the next one is better. That rarely works, because the closer usually isn't the leak.

The system around them is.

R.A.P.I.D. is what I use to find the actual leak instead of guessing at it. It's not a framework I read about and repackaged. It's the process I built from running the calls myself first.

03 How I Work

01

I write the scripts myself, based on your actual objections, not a template.

02

I build the CRM and pipeline to match how your team really works.

03

I stay through implementation. The audit isn't the deliverable, the working system is.

04

Pricing is a setup fee plus a share of the growth, so I only make more when your numbers move.

04 Proof

The results from real engagements are on the homepage and in the case study.
